1. Key Player Palmer Ready for Crucial Capital Clash with The Gunners

The Blues manager Enzo Maresca stated on Friday that Cole Palmer is available for selection for the team's significant top-flight encounter against London opponents Arsenal.

The 23-year-old English midfielder was out of action due to a broken toe suffered after an accidental occurrence.

“He is ready to start and participate,” Maresca commented. “Everyone is happy.”

In the current campaign, Palmer has been limited to four outings in all tournaments, netting two goals.

Following his transfer from Manchester City in the previous year, he has recorded 45 strikes and 29 setups in 101 appearances for the London club.

“He is our best player, we are delighted he is back, we need to give him time to be completely ready,” Maresca continued. “His past performances have been excellent and no doubt he is going to do great things for this club in the future.”

3. Wissa Trains with Newcastle for First Time since Injury

Newcastle United's new signing Yoane Wissa has practiced with his squad for the first time since sustaining a knee injury shortly after his move from his former club in the autumn.

Manager Eddie Howe confirmed the development on the end of the week but did not disclose a potential return date for the 29-year-old.

Newcastle brought in the striker for £55m to replace Alexander Isak, who joined Liverpool for a record-breaking sum.
